Guest Posted December 6, 2002 Posted December 6, 2002 Hi, I am wanting to use this feature but need to know desperately, if i select _to all customers - will the system send out an email displaying all the customers email addresses or will it email all customers but just show a single email address in the to box .( hope that makes sence!!) urgent request as I need to mail all my customers and need to know if this will be the best way or not. many thanks.
Ian Posted December 7, 2002 Posted December 7, 2002 IIRC the mail send uses a loop, and not CC or BCC, so that there is an individual email per customer. So know embarassing list of all customers in the CC box. Trust me, I'm an Accountant.
