Sebastien Posted December 6, 2002 Share Posted December 6, 2002 Hello. I have 2 questions.... First of all, is it worth switching to a newer snapshot with the new checkout procedure? I'v tried it out and it looks much better than the old one but i'v installed many contribs and fear i'd have to start over again. Because of merchant account restrictions, we have to split out our store into 2 stores. So i was planning on a "Departement" type approach. I'v read of people doing this by having 2 catalogs each pointing to the same DB (so accounts can be shared) but having different product/category tables. Is there a centralized place in the code where the table names are referenced (some define somewhere) or i'd have to find&replace all over the code? Thanks.
