To make sure that people read an understand it we have a checkout that they must click to confirm they understand the information. However, we also take phone orders and can't have people click a checkbox over the phone. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or if you have any ideas on how to get confirmation over the phone that a customer understands something on your website.
