BigMike7801
I am currently the webmaster for habfgiftshop.com and am working on setting up an e-commerce section for the site. It appears that I already have some sort of ssl on my current package with startlogic, so if I type in https://habfgiftshop.com/ it comes up as secure. However if I go to my oscommerce admin area at https://habfgiftshop.com/osCommercehabfgift.../catalog/admin/ I get a blank page but the regular http://habfgiftshop.com/osCommercehabfgift.../catalog/admin/ works just fine. I also tried this and this works(http://habfgift.startlogic.com/osCommercehabfgiftshop/catalog/admin/) This doesn’t work (https://habfgift.startlogic.com/osCommercehabfgiftshop/catalog/admin/) Can anybody assist me with this problem? Thanks - Mike

BigMike7801
Hello Mike Is the SSL in the admin side set to false under the Configuration menu? Are you talking Configuration > Sessions > aboutCheck SSL Session ID? If so, then yes that is set to false.
Guest
Are you talking Configuration > Sessions > aboutCheck SSL Session ID? If so, then yes that is set to false. Try setting it to true. I'm using a heavily modded osc so I can't remember what option it comes under but it should say 'enable SSL' and change the value to true.

BigMike7801
well I'm guessing it's more than an oscommerce thing. The reson being is that when I try to log into my cpan with https it does the same thing. So I think that it might be a server issue that does this with anything that require some sort of .htaccess authentication. Not sure though.
