But I don't have any wrenches or anything that lets me tweak at all. All I can do is click edit and then i can say true or false on downloads. My version is 2.2 RC1, but it feels like I have an older version. I've CMOD'd all my files and folders and instructed in the documentation. Any ideas? PT Enable downloads under your Admin/configuration/download set to "true" set your permoissions on your download folder to 755 or 777 which ever works for your provider, you may also need to set your permission on the file itself also. upload your file add your file in your catagories like you would anything else leave your weight to zero/clear it out all together and make sure its empty do NOT add a URL click add item click on Product Attributes On Products Options make sure you have "Download" On Option Values you have "Yes" Product Attributes select the product name you gave your file, option name is download, value is yes click add. You may need to add a download controller to make sure no one can "steel" your downloads without them paying for them first. Meaning, I goto your site, click add to cart for your item, start going thru the check out and before I really pay, go back and theres the link to download your item without even paying for it. This is a MAJOR bug/flaw in osCommerce. There are a couple good download controllers in the "add-on" sections that you can find. This will take some time to install though. There is also a complete check list that someone has put up in here for people to go by. You just need to seach for it in the forums. Thanks Mike
