medisave Posted December 5, 2002 Posted December 5, 2002 I have the answer (I think) TRY THIS: In Admin - change your "store name and store owner" to have no spaces or characters like "." - just londoncufflinks would be fine Hopefully that will fix it. medisave Posted December 5, 2002 Posted December 5, 2002 np - ill give the kiss a miss though ;-) theres a few topics about on the forum discussing upgrading - the basics are that you dump your database then restore it into new snapshot - i think though there might be a couple of table changes to make though is it just products that you want to put into the new snapshot? - you can dump the tables from mysql for your products - mess around abit in excel and then use one of the import mods to reimport the products from a CSV file! - just remember to bring your images across to. http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/co...tions,57/type,5 This is something ill be doing in the next month for my sites - so let me know how you get on Graham.
