Need to install Paypal Payment Pro/Express checkout

HI guys,

 

I am kinda new to OScom but still managed to install it through hosting company's control panel. I need to install Paypal Express checkout/Pro module but do not know how to?/

 

I have downloaded the module, uploaded the files into relevant directory but now need to install SQL patch. Please let me know how can i do it?
