Ok quick question, header buttons?

Ok,

This one maybe to much for me to do, but here goes. How hard is it to do the following, I want to move the Home, Cart etc to the top and to the right in the header. I do not want to move the whole bread crumb to the top, which I can do. I just want to move the buttons. i want it like this site: www.licenseplatesandmore.com

 

This is what Amazon did and I want to do the same on my site: www.licenseplatesandmore.net

I know I will need to design the buttons, but can this be done or is it too hard to do yourself.

Not sure on this one, but an idea maybe. Remove the buttons that you don't want, make your own..free sites out there will also do it for you, and then make a table in the html part of your code and tell it to put them where ya want. Not really sure if this is a valid idea, but may work, or give you an idea for something else.
