giellacustoms Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 I don't recognise this page. What is the url (after .co.uk or .com)? this isnt really a page. When your customer orders off your site, and you look at the invoice to print out to ship with the product, thats where I am getting this from. I am at ".com" though
vjaervinen Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 I just noticed this same with osCommerce 2.3.1. Although many of my customers have made orders from my online store, their number of logons is still zero. This led me to check the database (table 'customers_info'), and indeed, many of those customers have a zero next to them under column 'customers_info_number_of_logons'. The only conclusion is that osCommerce doesn't count the first logon that follows immediately upon new customer registration. So, even if they make an order right after registration, their visit does not count as a logon. So, the Number of Logons in the admin tool should be read to mean Number of Revisits.
