Guest Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I don't understand it at all- for some reason the very same day my big advert's in the magazines are released, I can no longer get an emails through my website. People are asking questions and I'm not getting them. Orders are being placed and I'm not getting any notifications. I'm trying to send out my Newsletters and it keeps coming up with an error and they wont go through. Please, can someone help me? I don't know how this happens when all I do is add products in admin, I haven't updated anything in control panel (because I dont know how) for ages and the only other people with access to the control panel I like to think wouldn't just change a setting without telling me. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Please?

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Please? Have you checked that all your e-mail address are correct and that someone did not change them. Even missing one letter will make you not get them, may want to start there and also check to make sure you have not reached you e-mail max. Thats the max number of e-mails that you can get, spam fills up stuff very fast sometimes, and once you hit your max, nothing else can come in. If this is the case, look into a spam filter for your e-mail accounts. Thanks Mike
