clp698 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I had an order where the customer's billing address was in the state of the estore and the shipping address was out of state. As a result, no sales tax was applied. Anyone know why this has happened? I would thing that sales tax would only apply to customer's billing address.

Sales tax is based on the delivery address, not the billing address. Ed
