The phrase "Best Way" is also found in:

 

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/item.php

 

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/table.php

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

chek the module class.

it has something defined constant.

Now go to the language file of that class and edit the define for the constant.

I should have mentioned in the original post that I changed those as well...with no luck. I have searched the entire site's code, and not found another instance of that string, yet it persists!

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

Another way to be sure you get "the latest" after editing a web page is to hold the <Ctrl> key down while doing a "page refresh".

 

This forces the browser (IE & Firefox) to fetch the latest content from the web server.
