Can't see the contents of the catalog/includes folder within FileManager

:'( I was on a roll with customizing the logo, deleting all the default products, adding my own categories and products, and now have made a big mess!

I tried to install Easy Populate using the tutorial and something went haywire. None of my images show up and I can't see the contents of catalog/includes folder within File Manager, even though I can see them on the FTP client.

I also have a permissions error on the index page, and I have tried making all the changes--through the file manager and through the FTP client, and none have worked.

here is my site Visit My Website

I am almost ready to dump everything and start over, but if I do, is there a way to save all the product information?

(I know, the forums talk about doing everything from the pc copy so there is a backup. I have done that partially, but have gotten myself quite confused.)

Thanks for the help

I recommend you go back to (upload) a version of your site before you started installing EasyPopulate. Better to get back to a squarer one as right now, there is nothing to comment on other than a blank screen... :(

It's all just ones and zeros....
