I need help ASAP!

 

I am using the Official PayPal Released Pro/Express Checkout – UK contribution. Everything is working perfectly, BUT...the handling fee is not going across to PayPal.

Can anyone help me to correct this problem? I have seen fixes for PayPal IPN, etc, but I need a fix for the Official PayPal Released Pro version.
