rsnooks Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to configure OSCommerce to instead of doing straight-forward individual charges via paypal, if you could instead set it to be a subscription. I know it possible from PayPals side, but just cant see a way of doing it for OSCommerce to recognise it as a subscription. Any help would be great. Thanks, RSnooks.

jasonabc Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 There should be a recurring billing option on the PayPal side. Use that to charge the card regularly until the subscription end date. Jason My Contributions: Paypal Payflow PRO | Rollover Category Images | Authorize.net Invoice Number Fix
rsnooks Posted December 18, 2007 Author Posted December 18, 2007 There should be a recurring billing option on the PayPal side. Use that to charge the card regularly until the subscription end date. I know how to do everything paypal side, but the paypal module within OSCommerce doesnt seem to allow you to configure it to use those options. The OSCommerce PayPal module seems to do just a singular payment of a set amount (it doesnt even carry across the details of the product onto the PayPal screen).

It now looks as if the PayPal module doesnt work at all now... Instead of going through the ordering process to my designated email address, it now just goes to the paypal homepage and does nothing else.
