carolannjo Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Does anyone know how to deal with this error? The 400 pages have a CHMOD of 644 and I get warnings if I try to change them to 755 or 777. I'm not sure that this is the answer at any rate. Found in Error Log: [Mon Dec 17 08:12:50 2007] [crit] [client 72.189.163.126] (13)Permission denied: /home/creative/.panel/web/errdocs/403.html/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable [Mon Dec 17 08:12:50 2007] My hosting company does not have a clue how to deal with it.
