Urgent! - Admin page not asking for login details

Hi just made a site and have a slight problem.

 

It doesnt ask for username and password in the admin section!? it just seems to let anyone in.

 

Any ideas?

You have to set up password protection for the admin folder. Do this:

 

1. FTP to the site and rename the 'admin' folder for osCommerce to something unique (not 'newadmin' or 'admin2'). If a hacker can't find it they can't hack it!

2. In the admin/includes/configure.php file change the references to /admin/ to /new_name/

3. Now go to your Web Hosting control panel (not your osCommerce panel) and use the Directory Protection or Password Protection link to password protect the newly renamed 'admin' folder.
