Breadcrumb trail problem on categries

Hi guys,

 

I run a heavily modified shop and I am running into a slight breadcrumb problem on the index.php file.

 

We have about 5 main categories and all have sub categories.

 

For our first category; when we click a subcategory the bread crumb displays properly:

 

ie.: Home > Security Camera Systems > 8 Camera Security System

 

But for all of our other categories; when we click a sub category it displays:

 

Home

 

Has anyone else run into this problem? Or would anyone have a suggestion to fix it?
