Preview button for a new product doesn't work when I include product image URL

Preview button for a new product doesn't work when I include product image URL. Nothing happens when I click the Preview button until I delete the image URL.

 

Even with the URL deleted, the image space shows up in the Preview pane.

 

I am doing this through the Admin section of OsCommerce. Is there a better way to include product images?

product image box is to browse your pc and pick the image. you can't use it with a url or maybe I'm misunderstanding your question.

OK. That works. I thought that would try to find the image from the C drive.

 

I have been saving the picture to the file on the hard drive, and then ftp'ing the file to the website. It sounds like all I need to do is have a copy of the image on my pc, select it in the image box, and it will upload to the website? Where will it go? I am trying to keep all the images for each company in a separate folder under images.

 

Will I need to go back and move it to the correct folder?

all will be uploaded to catalog/images

you can keep them in seperate folders on your pc but why should you care about where it sits in server? all are in one folder anyway.
