Is there a way to let a customer set the amount they wish to pay/donate for a selected product?

I organise hen's nights and the like and am hoping there is a way for customers to contribute a donation through Oscommerce for a dollar amount set by themselves. The think being the hen can later redeem her donations/gifts at our shop after her hen's night has being held. :huh:

 

Does anyone know if this is possible? :blink:

The products price is always a db lookup when you add a product to the cart and would be hard to modify to accept user values. You might be able to add some price entry form in the cart and update the final_price for the item.
