shipping, checkout success errors....need help newbie

help with the following.


I am having some difficulties...


1. UPS shipping will not calculate in other countries...I keep receiving an error.


2. When someone gets to order confirmation they get duplicate entry error


3. On invoice items do not populate.


4. Now the clients carts are merging


Any help would be greatly appreciated

Instead of keep posting, please answer some question asked in your other posts ...


What snapshot are you using?


What add-ons have you made?


Any new add-ons to do with shipping or payments?


If on the new since November 1st snapshots ... were you on older snapshots?


Have you had to restore old data for any reason?


Have you tried other shipping modules for the foreign countries? If so, do they work?


More info is better ... :D

but to answer your questions, I have done no add-ons, no shipping changes except initiating UPS. Now...I am just noticing yet another problem, I was just told that the new account is not setting up and half of the items do not appear in the shopping cart.
