stylesheet.css lives in the root of the OSC folder.

Thanks so if i change the stylesheet ie)font colour on the link text and the main background colour where do i then upload it to through ftp?

In the root of your osc (as previously told). This is where your catalog files are. You should see a few folders, one is includes, another is images.
