Can't edit admin account?

I am unable to edit information for admin accounts. The field inputs for name, email, password, etc. are not displaying. Any suggestions on what to do?

its controlled thru htaccess if you ar eot using RC1.

 

So needs to eb done thru cpanel password protect folder option.

 

or by replacing htaccess file.
