regwill Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Ok. I am beginning to think I may need to start from scratch here. So, I log into the Admin control panel at my site. I make changes. For example, I changed the category on the left "Art and Photographs" to just "Art". In the admin panel that category name indeed changes. But, when I bring up the site any changes I make in Admin do not show up in the actualy publicly viewed website. I have also deleted products from Specials via Admin. Yet, on the live site they still show up! It is as if I have somehow lost communication between Admin and the publically viewed website. Does anyone know of this happening to anyone else? If so, how do I bridge the communication again? This is the link to my website: http://www.hillsantiquesandcollectibles.com/catalog/

regwill Posted December 14, 2007 Author Posted December 14, 2007 Well, I deleted my temporary files and cookies. So how do I fix this problem I seem to be having? And thanks for the reply, by the way. :D

If you are using Internet Explorer 7, then go to Tools | Internet Options | General tab | Browsing History - Settings button | check the option to "Check for newer versions of stored pages" - "Every time I visit the webpage". That should do it. Bill Kellum Sounds Good Productions STS Tutorials & more: STSv4.6, STS Add-ons (STS Power Pack), STS V4 Forum STS Forum FREE TEMPLATE
