Changing Admin Pages Table <>7 Rows

Ok. This question is problably an old one and may have an answer 3256 pages back but I have searched the forum over a couple of hours with no luck. I've also searched through my store's files.

 

I want to change the number of rows (or lines) displayed on admin information page tables, such as the Order listing, to a number greater than 7. This number appears to be common to all of these types of pages. How do I go about changing it?
