Changing Order of Format Downdown

I'm wanting to change the order of the 'Format' Dropdown's data, does anyone know how I can do this?

 

The current order displayed is:

 

CDr

12" Vinyl

I would like:

12" Vinyl

CDr

Enter first the format you want to appear last, and then enter the one you want to appear first.
