Stock order not decreasing with sales

Hi,

when I process a sale my stock level is not reducing i.e staying the same.

I have stock set as the following

Check stock level true

Subtract stock true

Allow Checkout false

Mark product out of stock sold out

Stock Re-order level 2

 

If I go an manually change stock levelsn the catalog section the change is registered.

How can I make it reduce stock when an item is bought?

I am having this very same issue. I would love to know how to fix it.

 

I am working on it now. If I find an answer, I will post it here. So far I am running up against a wall.

this is how it was fixed

it turned out that my physical stock was decreasing with sales, but my downloadables were not. After that little fix all work fine.
