Adding Quanity Box

I added "Quanity Box" as they have explained under "Tips and Tricks", but no quanity box "Quanity:" shows up.

 

In Admin. under "Product Listing" I change the value order of "Price" from 3 to 4 and then changed the "Quanity" value from 4 to 3. Went to my webpage and the "Price" box is still there, but now it shows the quanity I have in stock... go figure.

 

Do I have to add a box somewhere in the product page?

Is there anyway someone could explain to me what I did wrong?
