Guest Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 I am having an issue with a my shopping cart. When a customer places an order everything appears to work properly. The new customer appears in the customer list and the payment is processed through the credit card gateway, however the order is not recorded in the "orders" section of osCommerce. So there is no way of telling what the customer ordered. In fact the only way that we even know that we received and order via the website is that a payment is received from our CC company. Any thoughts as to what we can investigate to find out what is going on?
