Products Attributes and Individual Del price

Hi guys i really need to know few things, Is there a way to set individual deliver price for each item?

 

I have tried to do this with Products Attributes with UK shipping and Internation. It works and i have turned off shipping settings.

 

The problem is i cannot view passed page 1 of Attributes and i wanted UK to be default or 1st on drop down but some items have internation,

 

How do i fix Products Attributes problems?

 

There are manu contributions dont know which one is for me, i tried AJAX-AttributeManager-V2.7 but it didnt work even tho it was easy to install
