Unknown error-very strange

This is a strange problem that I am getting. Any help would be greatly appriciated as I am totally lost.

The error only occours when I connect to the internet using AOL. It happens in both the AOL browser and in Internet Explorer 7.0 I think all AOL users are affected (certainly the ones I have asked). The error does not occour when I connect using an alternative ISP (uk2.net).

If anybody has any advice or if you get the same error when using an ISP other than AOL then I would love to hear from you.

The problem:

If I point my browser to http://www.carnal-clothes.co.uk then I get the following message:

:irc.foonet.com 451 GET :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Accept: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Accept-Language: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 UA-CPU: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Accept-Encoding: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 User-Agent: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Host: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Connection: :You have not registered :irc.foonet.com 451 Cookie: :You have not registered ERROR :Closing Link: [172.206.207.77] (Ping timeout)

I can not open admin or Cpanel either (when using AOL).

This problem first happened on December 1st. The site was running fine before and I have not changed anything.

I have contacted AOL. The advice I got was to reinstall AOL and check my internet settings on my local machine. Good advice since the AOL admin could not access the site either. I was then told it was a server problem and to speak to my host.

I spoke to my host (who can access the site with no problem over internet connection (NON AOL)) They said the problem was with AOL.

I have felt like a tennis ball for the last fortnight, going between AOL and my host and getting no where. One just keeps blaming the other and I am getting no where.

Not a good time of year to be excluded from my own site. I can only access it using a dialup connection that I pay per minute.

Can anyone help? Have you seen this error before? Is it as I suspect an AOL problem?

I am not an expert by any means. I have done a nslookup from the command prompt using both AOL and UK2.net and get the same result 74.53.7.9 -this is the ip of my shared server. Does that mean it is not a DNS problem? (or am I wrong).

If anybody has any ideas then please fire them at me. Like I say I am totally lost and dont know where to turn to next as both AOL and my host are denying responsibility.

Thanks in advance for any replies

Ray

Well, I can access it via my isp.

Maybe aol (your isp I presume) have barred access because it is an adult site (or the software on your pc may be doing it).

Anyway, you should have an entry page so that children cannot access your site. Sexy lingerie, Erotic gifts, Sex toys is not something that children should see, and some adults would be offended by the contents.
