Please Help with Error

Not having a good day here have this error message

Unable to connect to database server!

 

Tried support (think they are out to lunch)

Tried back up and got this

1146 - Table 'U4422513.sessions' doesn't exist

select value from sessions where sesskey = '43886d6443ae062b91bdaec4aabd4581' and expiry > '1197396724'
