Customer Data Mix up

I am fairly new to OScommerce. Our web traffic has gone up sustantially the past week we are getting 50+ orders per daily. Some orders that are palced are showing up on the wrong customer accounts. The ship to address and credit card info is the person ordering, but the customer account is the wrong person who gets the e-mails for orders that they did not place.

 

Any Suggestions???

 

The person the set up our site is no longer with my company, so please keep that in mind and hopefully I can fix the problem.
