Moving site to new host

When moving the site to a new host, is it possible to set the new site up completely new and move only the products and categories from the old site to the new one? If so, which files would I need to move?

if you just wanna take your products and categories you need to manually make a back up of their respective tables in the database and then import those to your new site database.

you need a backup of following tables:

categories

categories_description

manufacturers

manufacturers_info

products

products_attributes

products_description

products_options

products_options_values

products_options_values_to_products_options_id

products_to_categories

No there are no customer. The site hasn't gone active yet.
