HTTP error 500 in internet explorer but not in mozilla firefox

I dont know what is wrong with my site and hope to get help in here..

I am not sure this is the right place to post this..

 

My site comes up with HTTP Error 500 in internet explorer.. but not in mozilla firefox ?

 

Anybody that know how to solve this problem ??

 

The problem occured after i updated a language file..

 

Hope to get lots of good response to this..
