bosha325 Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 so i access my site and login as admin and can see the blue oscommerce screen with all the tools on it. but when i hit catalog or anything else, it gives me this error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.39 Server at mysite.com Port 80 any ideas?!

Download osc from this web site and then follow the instructions given at the pinned post at the start of the installation and configuration forum.
