Admin log out not showing

Hi,

 

My Admin was not protected, so I used my cpanel to do that. I can log in to my admin, but I do not see any LOGOFF option, Can I add it and How?

 

I also feel the admin configuration side is missing some options, here are what I got:

 

Configuration

Store Details

Maximum Options

Random Items

Links Configuration

Meta Tags

Change Store Text

Google Adsense

 

Are there more and how can I get to install them?
