Moneybookers insert data base - helpppp

How do I insert moneybookers sql into my data base.

I found my data base on phpMyAdmin - now what do I do :'( . If anyone can help, that would be just wonderful.

p.s. I am an absolutely beginner at this.

When looking at phpMyAdmin click on the drop down box to the left titled 'Database'

Select your database

Then look at the tabs at the top, select 'Import'

Click on the 'Browse' button and located your .sql file to import

Leave everything else alone and click on the 'Go' button towards the bottom.

Presto!
