moving the new category & or product button

I desperately need to move the new category and new product nuttons to the top of the screen as it such a pain in the finger to scroll all the way down when entering new products and or catefories, does any have any tips, tricks, code, suggestions or directions I could follow?

Hi,

I do not know how to move the buttons - but pressing Ctrl + End buttons on your keyboard should bring you quickly to the end of the page, without the bothersome scrolling.
