Alt Attributes. How do you change or edit them in OSC?

Somebody looked at my sight and mentioned that my alt attributes were not as good as they could be. How the heck do you optimize them?

Sure: RZST and Iron Fist Tees

 

Now, I'm not sure even how to check them. But, I just recently installed a Header Tags contribution. Would this contribution automatically fill out my alt tags for me?
