Guest Posted December 3, 2002 Posted December 3, 2002 :?: This might be a really lame question, but Where do you go do edit the text for like the Privacy notice, Shipping and returns, The customer greeting, and conditions of use. I dont want to edit the actual page. I want to be able to change the text for these. I cant find anywhere in the admin to do it. Thank you ahead of time for your replies.
rseigel Posted December 3, 2002 Posted December 3, 2002 It's not in the admin. You need to edit the actual php files in the languages directory. Just nose around in there and you'll find it.

FINEGIFTS Posted December 3, 2002 Posted December 3, 2002 the shipping ,privacy, conditions will be in your catalog>includes>languages> you will find the files there named shipping , privacy,conditions the greating will be in the same folder and file name is default define('TEXT_MAIN', 'Welcome To Fine Gifts And More, <b> right and the top but will say something like what you see on the page "If it is not broke Don't fix it/ If it is then fix it good the first time and you never have to fix it again." If at first you can not figure it out ask in the forums or search then ask!
