Shop without checkout

I am trying to build a shop were a customer only can make a wishlist. They must be able to set the amount of money they wish to spend and fill their wishlist to this amount. After that are three options, print the wishlist, mail the wishlist to the store or visit the (physical) store and login to the shop to retreive the wishlist.

 

I hope someone can help me with this, my customer would like to have this implemented as soon as possible.

Well in the chekout page change the content.

 

with the options needed and let the code get it done.

Presently havent seen sucha contrib.
