mattev Posted December 3, 2002 Author Posted December 3, 2002 Just playing around, it seems like it crashes when i have the send emails option set as true. If I set it as false, it works ok. I am running EasyPHP on WIndows XP. Is this error becuse I do not have a mail server available? Is it possible to set up some sort of mail server on my local machine so that I can test this feature? thx, Matt
lap Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 The mail out error ! The e-mail error that you are having is because that your server wouldn't support e-mail function, like smtp or send mail. So, you need to find a Server program which do support SMTP :!:
mattev Posted January 23, 2003 Author Posted January 23, 2003 had forgotten i posted this. I eventually realised i had not configured the smtp properly. ANyway, got it to work in the end. Thanks, Matt
