clairecharel Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I have posted this topic recently but not had a reply Customers can sign up in my store and get a welcome email They can order from my store and make a payment through paypal BUT - I have no knowledge of any orders I do not get an email from the store telling me that a customer has bought anything The product details do not show on paypal invoice either, all it shows is my store name This is causing anger with my customers and a lot of frustration with myself Any help would be most welcome, as I have tried just about everything ! Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.
