Why my Order Module and Order Status blank?

I need help here,

 

1) I did test my e-shop and tried to buy a product but unfortunetly after few testing, the system didn't captured the info/data in the ORDER Status and ORDER Total. These area are both blank.

 

2) Apart of thet, I didn't get any email notifications from the process....

 

What happen?
