Problem inserting product attributes

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

insert into products_attributes values ('', '210', '3', '3', '', '+')

I get this error whenever I enter a product attribute in my admin section of my catalog. Can anybody tell me where to begin searching for a solution? I've been trying to fix this for a month, but I have a feeling the solution rests in an sql file...but I have no idea how to edit those.

 

Any ideas?
