mblyman Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 OK so I'm running OS commerce for my website and A few days ago I just started getting an email sent from a paypal contribution. The werid thing is that I don't have the contribution installed, I don't use paypal on our website, and it makes me nervous that it says transactions are trying to go through. Is someone trying to hack my site or my paypal? Here is the email that I get. Please advise if you know what this means. What is even more weird is that this email is coming from a paypal contribution but the IP address it is recording points to google? It almost looks like a phishing email, yet also contains information as if from a post to a forum, and then the last line that it is from an OS Commerce contribution for Paypal. It seems very very strange.
