jonquil Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Just a thought. In your Admin, go look at your PayPal module details. Is yours set to Per Item or Aggregate? You may not be receiving notifications but check your Admin >> Customers >> Orders. Those missing itemised orders may just be there :) jon It's all just ones and zeros....

I am having a very similar problem in one of my oscommerce stores in the fact that the customer can register, and will even get a welcome email, then can place an order. I do not have any knowledge of the order until I get a nasty email off the customer asking where it is, or I log into paypal. It does not appear to be a sever issue as others on the same server using oscommerce do not have this problem. My email address is configured correctly. Has anybody got any answers to this ?

I currently use osCommerce_PayPal_IPN_v2.3.3 from the download section, very easy to install and set up.You may just need to update you paypal IPN and that may work. I have tested this with their sandbox, and shows everything o.k. on both ends. Other wise I would contact PayPal on here, they have there own thread, I think. Thanks Mike
