PayPal ProFlow Error

After installing the contribution, I tried to test it. However I keep receiving and error 21 (http://www.mysite.com/checkout_payment.php?error_message=Credit+Card+Error%21+)

 

I have searched the site here, and seen a couple of the same problems, but no one is getting any answers.

 

Anyone know what the cause of this may be, so that a fix can be found?
