Hi,

 

i have no idea how to run SQL query as suggested in the contribution,tried installing,and now,i've lost my Contact Us page altogether.

Would be grateful,if someone could help please,as i'm quite a novice.

to run a sql query login your WHM panel (control panel) for your domain account through your hosting provider, and click on mysql, then click on myphpadmin then click on the database for your store, then click on SQL QUERY and paste the query it tells you to run there then click run and thats it

 

but first BACKUP your database.. you can do that in the same place, after clicking on myphpadmin, click on your store database link on the left, then click EXPORT link on the top right, then scroll to the bottom (dont make any changes) just click on SAVE FILE checkbox and then click backup database, the backup of that database will be saved to your computer desktop
